Conditions of Participation "CLIQUE x Karl Kani Summer Raffle"
1. ORGANIZER
The organizer or promoter of this competition is SNIPES SE, Schanzenstraße 41, 51063 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter “Organizer” or “SNIPES”).
2. PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE COMPETITION
The "CLIQUE x Karl Kani Summer Raffle" competition will take place from 29.05.2024, 00:01 hrs to 09.06.2024, 23:59 hrs. Participation is free of charge and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. By entering the competition, the entrant accepts the following terms and conditions:
2.1 ELIGIBILITY
All natural persons who are at least 18 years old, reside in Germany, Austria, Italy, France or Spain and who have a SNIPES CLIQUE account (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") may participate in the contest.
Only one participation is possible per Participant. Each Participant is responsible for the accuracy of his/her own contact details. If the conditions for entry are contravened, SNIPES has the right to exclude the involved parties from the competition. In such cases, SNIPES also has the right to subsequently deny prizes. Employees of Snipes SE and all companies affiliated with SNIPES SE pursuant to §§ 15 et seq. AktG are excluded from the competition.
2.2 ENTRY
Participation in the competition takes place as follows: Participants must enter their e-mail address, shoe size and clothing size at https://www.snipes.it/contest-show/ and confirm their participation by e-mail using the double opt-in procedure. A requirement for participation is that the participant is part of the SNIPES CLIQUE program.
2.3 ENTRY DEADLINE
The closing date is 09.06.2024, 23:59.
3. DETERMINING THE WINNER AND PRIZES
3.1 PRIZES
There are 4x Karl Kani packages to win. The package for male winners consists of a Karl Kani Prime Runner shoe in the colorway white/lt.blue/blue (10660013), one Karl Kani Autograph Washed Boxy Tee in light blue (6060268), and one Karl Kani sunglasses in silver/blue gradient (40400033). The package for female winners consists of a Karl Kani Prime Runner shoe in the colorway white/pink/grey (11660025), one Karl Kani Retro Tiny Tee in white/pink (6137881), and one Karl Kani sunglasses in gold/rosa (40400031).
The prize cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. The prize cannot be transferred to a third party. The organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with a similar prize of equal or higher value.
3.2 SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
Four participants of the competition can each win one Karl Kani package. The winners will be selected randomly from all participants. The winners will be contacted by email until June 30, 2024. The winner must submit the requested data to SNIPES within 72h after the first contact attempt. If he/she does not do so, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The currently valid data protection provisions of SNIPES apply.
4. TERMINATION
SNIPES reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for important reasons. An important reason for cancellation may in particular occur if, for technical reasons or for legal reasons, it can no longer be guaranteed that the competition will be properly carried out. Liability towards participants is excluded in this respect. If such termination was caused by the intentional conduct of a participant, SNIPES may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred as a result.
5. LIABILITY
SNIPES constantly strives to provide correct and up-to-date information. Despite the greatest care, no liability is given for the correctness and completeness of the content of the websites listed here and/or these conditions of participation. The liability of SNIPES is excluded against this background - as far as legally permissible. This exclusion of liability does not apply to damage to life, body and health.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Insofar as individual provisions of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is not possible. Winning claims are not transferable. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and SNIPES are exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
