Conditions of participation CLIQUE "SNIPES WORLDWIDE" competition
 

1. ORGANIZER
The organizer of this competition is SNIPES SE, Schanzenstraße 41, 51063 Cologne, and will be referred to hereafter in the following text as the “Organizer” or “SNIPES”. SNIPES may, at its sole choosing and discretion, involve third parties for the purpose of organizing and executing this competition.

2. PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE COMPETITION
The "SNIPES WORLDWIDE" competition will take place from 04.04.2023, 00:00 hrs to 10.04.2023, 23:59 hrs. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods and services.

2.1 ELIGIBILITY
All natural persons who are at least 18 years of age or minors with the consent of their parents, legal guardians or a legal representative, provided that they are at least 16 years of age, reside in one of the countries with a SNIPES branch (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland) and have a SNIPES CLIQUE account (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") may participate in the Competition. Only one participation per participant is possible. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their own contact details. In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation, SNIPES reserves the right to exclude the persons concerned from the competition. In such cases, SNIPES also has the right to subsequently refuse prizes. Employees of SNIPES SE and all companies affiliated with SNIPES SE pursuant to §§ 15 et seq. AktG are excluded from the competition.

2.2 PARTICIPATION
Participation in the prize draw is achieved as follows: The participant must enter his/her shoe size and e-mail address at https://www.snipes.it/contest-show/ and confirm participation by e-mail via the double opt-in procedure. A prerequisite for participation in the competition is that the participant is part of the SNIPES CLIQUE programme.
 

2.3 CLOSING DATE FOR PARTICIPATION
The closing date is 10.04.2023, 23:59.
 

3. DETERMINING THE WINNERS AND PRIZES

3.1 PRIZES

First prize

You can win 1x trip to Miami for 2 people including flight, accommodation in a 4* hotel (8 nights) and rental car, organised by USA.TRAVEL. The winner will receive a voucher worth €7,000 for the travel agency USA.Travel, which can be redeemed for a trip to Miami under the conditions stated. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded in any other way. The winner is free to choose the travel period. The costs for travel to and from the starting point of the trip (airport, train station, etc.) are not included in the prize. All private costs incurred during the trip (food, minibar, telephone, etc.) will be borne by the winner. The organiser reserves the right to adapt the general conditions of the trip to external circumstances. An international driving licence is required for the use of rental cars. The trip must have taken place by 01.04.2024, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. In addition, the winner must have a valid Esta visa or equivalent and a passport that is valid for up to 6 months after the trip. There is no cover for passport/ESTA costs. SNIPES is not responsible for ESTA requirements, ESTA refusals or bans on entry to the USA or any other administrative requirements for the trip. The Promoter will not be liable for any incident or accident that may occur to the winner during the trip. If the winner is under 18 years of age, he/she must have a companion over 21 years of age with him/her to redeem his/her prize

Second prize

Furthermore, there are 1x2 VIP tickets for the Openair Frauenfeld Festival including camping upgrade to be won. The journey to the festival, festival equipment and food are not included in the price.

Third prize

The third prize is 25 pairs of sneakers. The winner can choose 5 pairs of sneakers every month for a period of 5 months. The price of each sneaker must not exceed €130. The sneakers must be available in the corresponding size. All sneakers must be ordered in the same size (variance of +/- one shoe size possible depending on the brand). Furthermore, each sneaker may only be ordered once. Multiple orders of the same item are not possible. The exchange of the selected sneakers is not possible. Releases are excluded. The prize is not transferable. The following applies to all prizes: The prize cannot be paid out in cash and is excluded from exchange. The prize cannot be transferred to a third party. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

3.2 DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS
Three participants in the competition can each win one of the above prizes. The winners will be drawn at random from all participants. The winner will be contacted by email within two weeks after the end of the period specified above. The winner must provide the requested data to SNIPES within 48 hours of the first contact attempt. If he/she fails to do so, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The currently valid data protection provisions of SNIPES apply.

4. ABORT
SNIPES reserves the right to terminate the competition for good cause at any time without prior notice. Cancellation for good cause may occur in particular if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical reasons or for legal reasons. Liability towards participants is excluded in this respect. If such termination was caused by the intentional conduct of a participant, SNIPES may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred as a result.
 

5. LIABILITY
SNIPES constantly strives to provide correct and up-to-date information. Despite the greatest care, no guarantee is given for the correctness and completeness of the contents of the websites listed here and/or these conditions of participation. Against this background, the liability of SNIPES is - as far as legally permissible - excluded. This exclusion of liability does not apply to damage to life, body and health.
 

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Insofar as individual provisions of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The legal process is excluded. A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is not possible. Winning claims are not transferable. These Terms and Conditions of Participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and SNIPES shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Two weeks after the prize has been sent to the winner, the personal data will be destroyed.

You have the right to obtain information from the data controller about the personal data concerned (Art. 15 of the GDPR), as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 of the GDPR) or to restriction of processing (Art. 18 of the GDPR) or to data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing (Art. 21 of the GDPR). If the data processing is based solely on Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO, i.e. you have given your consent to the collection and processing of data, you are entitled to revoke your consent at any time, but without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
